Planning Permission in Stoke-on-Trent: A Case Study
This application site is situated adjacent to a property that was previously constructed 75 centimetres taller than allowed in 2019. Due to increased scrutiny from the Stoke-on-Trent Council on new developments in this area, our client sought our assistance after several unsuccessful planning applications.

Partnering with Munshi + Partners, the chosen architects, we began working on the project.
The project faced various challenges, including biodiversity net gain requirements, flood risk assessments, highway considerations, and substantial local opposition.

This case highlights the value of engaging qualified Town Planners for complex planning matters in Stoke-on-Trent. While other local firms may boast impressive social media presence, they often lack the decades of collective experience and strong relationships with local authorities that are essential for successful outcomes.
Leveraging our expertise working within councils, we thoroughly understood the challenges and expectations of Stoke-on-Trent Council officers. By comprehending the process and context, we were able to secure Mr. Naseem's desired home.
